Can we focus on runtime control or compliance only?
Yes. Choose runtime control, compliance and audit, or both. We agree the agents or systems in scope and the results you want to assess. A compliance-only pilot does not require runtime enforcement.
Where does Gentrail run? Is there a hosted option?
Initial pilots run in your own AWS account. Azure and Google Cloud integrations remain in development and can be evaluated during scoping. Gentrail does not currently offer a hosted SaaS option. If you’re interested, email team@gentrail.ai to discuss your needs.
Is there a fee for the pilot?
For selected pilots with a small, agreed scope, there is no Gentrail fee. We agree any fees for work beyond that scope before it begins. Your cloud and third-party costs are separate.
How long does the pilot take?
We aim to complete the agreed pilot work within four weeks. We agree the scope, deliverables and responsibilities upfront. Any extension or additional work is discussed separately before proceeding.
What will our team need to provide?
A technical owner, access to the agreed environment, and time for setup, testing and feedback. For compliance work, involve the person responsible for your controls and evidence. Your team approves access and runtime rules.
Will the pilot certify our systems?
Gentrail helps assess agreed controls, identify gaps and prepare evidence for audit or certification review. The pilot itself does not award certification or guarantee an audit outcome.
What do we receive, and what happens next?
For runtime work, you receive tested rules to help keep the agreed agent actions within your business rules, with documented coverage and gaps. For compliance work, you receive findings and evidence for review. Any production rollout or ongoing service is agreed separately.
